Located at 918 Lantana Ave, in the quiet residential area of North Beach, this is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater.

Notes: The house is NON Smoking Only- smoking is allowed on the screened porch or outside. Smoking in the house will forfeit the damage/security deposit. No pets are allowed on the property or in the house. Bringing Pets onto the property will also forfeit the damage/security deposit.

There is a $125 cleaning fee and 12%  tax added to the above prices. This home requires a $500 deposit to reserve. Additional deposit required for reservations longer than two weeks. The $500 deposit may be applied to your final amount that is due 30 days prior to your arrival with the purchase of the $45 non refundable damage waiver.
