Accommodations: This unit sleeps 2 to 6 people and has 950 square feet.

1 Bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1.5 Bathrooms. 1-Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Open Dining Room, Sun Room. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 cable TVS, local phone service, linens, stereo, 2 TV's with DVD players. Condo is equipped with a Washer/Dryer in the unit.

Note: There is NO POOL at this complex but there is a public pool and recreation center one block away that provides a library, social hall, kitchen, fitness center, and a multi-purpose room. Notes: The condo is NON Smoking Only- smoking is allowed outside. Smoking in the condo will forfeit the damage/security deposit. No pets are allowed in the condo. Bringing pets into the condo will also forfeit the damage/security deposit

Vacation Rental Amenities: This condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and decorated with a beach flair. Only two streets from the beach and one block to the public pool (in season). The Recreation Center (one block away) also has tennis courts, weight room and basketball court. Across the street is a public park with swing sets.

Notes: This condo is equipped with all the kitchen items you need to cook large meals. It is approx a 2-3minute walk to the beach. The public pool (IN SEASON) is one short block away, about a two minute walk. A GREAT value for your vacation. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and nightspots. Watch the sunset from the balcony.

There is a $125 cleaning fee and 12%  tax added to this rate. This condo requires a $500 deposit to reserve. The $500 deposit may be applied to your final amount that is due 30 days prior to your arrival with the purchase of the $45 non refundable damage waiver. Additional deposit amounts are also required for reservations longer than 2 weeks.
