Reservation Requests

If you wish to make a reservation request, please fill out the form below and I will confirm availability of the dates that you have requested.  If the rental you request is not available for the dates you want, we can usually recommend alternative accommodations.  After your availability has been confirmed, you may then use the Payment Page to pay your deposit online through the PayPal Secure Servers, unless other arrangements have been made. We also accept personal checks up to 21 days prior to your arrival date. Your booking will be confirmed after I have received your completed Reservation Form and your booking deposit (or full payment).

Please read our "Damage Waiver" and "Terms and Conditions", and be sure to check the "Agreement" box below if submitting a Reservation Request. Please indicate if you wish to purchase the $45 damage waiver in the comments.

You can decline Travel Insurance but please read the "FAQ"  about our "Travel Insurance" policy and make an informed decision. Remember, we DO NOT refund monies due to unforeseen circumstances or any weather related instances including hurricanes.
